To confirm your travel arrangements are protected, please call our administration team on 01212882244 between 09:30 – 18:00 GMT, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We can confirm if your trip is booked, which parts are covered under ATOL, and the amount protected under the Financial Protection scheme. Feel free to email accounts@giatravel.co.uk with any ATOL certificate you’ve received, and we’ll verify its authenticity, usually by the next working day.

For extra protection, we recommend paying by credit card, which provides coverage under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
